<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an air bag body which possesses the superior strength, outside appearance, uniformity, etc., by constituting a circular seamless woven bag body by forming a circular weave structure part in which the length of the joint part on the both edge sides is varied onto a noncircular weave structure part having a prescribed width and forming each high polymer film on the front and back surfaces of the bag body and forming a gas introducing port on one side of the bag body. CONSTITUTION:A circular weave part A having a prescribed width is formed by a Jacuard weaving machine by using the polyester multifilament yarn as warp twist and weft, and the length of the joint part B1 of the circular weave in which the front and back surfaces are joined only at the both side edges is varied with the development of weaving, and a seamless woven bag body B having a nearly circular nonjoint part B1 is obtained. Each polyurethane group high polymer film 2 is formed on the front and back surfaces of the bag body, and circular cutting is performed, and a gas introducing port 3 is formed on one side surface of the bag body B. Thus, an air bag body which possesses the superior strength, outside appearance, uniformity and jointing performance can be obtained in a simple production process.</p> |
