<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the color filter which prevents the discoloration in a dye diffused layer by using a phthalocyanine dye as a dyeing agent and adding <=1wt.% peroxide to the resin component of the color filter. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin liquid is prepd. by adding ammonium dichromate to 10wt.% aq. gelatin soln. at 1wt.% of the weight of the resin component. Further, 0.1wt.% H-48 (trade name of the product produced by Interlocks Inc.) is added as the peroxide thereto and the liquid is spin-coated on a glass substrate and is dried for 60 minutes at 60 deg.C. The coating is exposed to a prescribed pattern by using an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp and is developed by water. The substrate is further immersed for 5 minutes in 0.5% aq. soln. of 'Lanazole Blue 8G(R)' (product of/Ciba Geigy AG) as the phthalocyanine dye at 60 deg.C and is thereby dyed. A glass plate is adhered to this substrate by using an adhesive agent and the dyed layer is irradiated by light from a 30cm position by using a 500W xenon lamp. As a result, the posi tion of the absorption wavelength is invariable even after 50h. The discoloration of the phthalocyanine dye is thus suppressed.</p> |
