PURPOSE:To achieve simplification by limiting a film to be used to one kind, by a method wherein container groups are formed to the film at a predetermined interval to leave a lid part between the adjacent container groups and a notch is formed between the lid part and the other adjacent container group so as to connect the lid part to the corresponding container group and the lid part is folded on the corresponding container group to be sealed thereto. CONSTITUTION:When a heated film F comes to the position of a container molding apparatus 2, container groups R each containing many containers (r) and lid parts C are molded and perforations M extending in the lateral direction are formed between the container groups R and the lid parts C. When the container groups R and the lid parts C come to the position of a cutting device 4, the first cutter 41 is operated not only to form the cutting line L1 extending in the lateral direction of the film but also the cutting lines L2 limiting both side edges of the lid parts. When the container groups R and the lid parts C come to the position of a push up apparatus 5, the lid parts C are upwardly pushed up at the place of the perforation M. When the lid parts C come to the position of a bending apparatus 6 and that of a temporary seal apparatus 7, the lid parts C are bent on the container groups R by the bending apparatus S to be superposed thereon. When the lid parts are superposed, the container groups R and the lid parts C are temporarily sealed by a temporary seal apparatus 7. |
