PURPOSE:To determine the magnification value of an original of the large size at which the direct magnification measurement is not possible by correcting the magnification data of the secondary original obtd. by a projection magnification measuring instrument in accordance with the data inputted from an enlargement and reduction rate inputting means which inputs the enlargement and reduction rate of the secondary original with respect to the primary original. CONSTITUTION:The magnification of the projected image set on to an original holder is measured in a magnification measuring instrument 1 and the measured magnification data is inputted to a selector 23 of a magnification corrector 20. Selection holders 21a, 21b, 21c are then selected according to the kinds of the original subjected to the magnification measurement and the computing element to be inputted with the magnification data is specified from a 1st computing element 24, a 2nd computing element 25 and a 3rd computing element 26. The computation by the selected computing element is then executed and the result thereof is displayed as the magnification value necessary for color sepn. with a scanner on a display device 27. The color sepn. processing is thereafter executed in accordance with the magnification value displayed on the display device 27 and sepn. plates are formed. The prescribed magnification value is thereby rapidly obtd. |
