PURPOSE:To stabilize the intensity of emitted light by inserting a current regulating diode between a feeding terminal and light emitting diodes(LED) corresponding to the feeding terminal. CONSTITUTION:For instance, eight LED elements are connected in series to form a group of the elements. Currents are supplied to a plurality of the groups through current regulating diodes CRD1-8. The respective groups are connected to an electric power source in parallel with each other to constitute a series- parallel circuit. The quantity of light emitted by each LED element is identically determined by the current supplied to the element and the respective currents supplied to the element are kept constant by supplying the currents through the current regulating diodes CRD1-8. With this constitution, the constant intensity of the emitted light can be obtained. |
