PURPOSE:To make low power consumption and high response compatible and to allow the circuit to be subjected to alpha-ray by forming an emitter load of an emitter follower output circuit by a transistor(TR) and applying tentative conduction drive to the emitter load TR by a charging current of a capacitor charged at the leading of a noninverting output of a phase split circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the transient state where a TR Q2 of the emitter follower output circuit 2 is switched from conductive into nonconductive state by a changeover of input logic, the emitter load TR Q3 of the emitter follower output circuit 2 is conductive tentatively to discharge rapidly the electric charge of the load capacitor CL. Then in the steady state other than above, the emitter load TR Q3 keeps nearly the nonconductive state. Thus, the low power consumption and high response are made compatible and the effect of alpha-ray is hardly caused. |
