PURPOSE:To control a vapor interface level at specified height by detecting the atmospheric temp. by a temp. measuring sensor, controlling a heater by the temp. adjusting meter connected to the sensor and holding the atmospheric temp. of the sensor level at the set temp. of a temp. adjusting meter. CONSTITUTION:The vapor interface level 14a where a saturated vapor phase is located is controlled by controlling the electrification to a heater and the relation of the height and temp. on the saturated vapor phase 14 is found in advance. A sensor 21 is fixed and in case of controlling the vapor interface level 14a to the upper part, for instance, the set temp. is changed in an electronic temp. adjusting meter 22 by the temp. variation part corresponding to its ascending height. A heater 13 is variably controlled via a heater control part 23 by the temp. adjusting meter 22 and the vapor interface level 14a is pushed up so that the atmosphere existed on the corresponding set temp. level scale A located on the vapor interface level 14a may reach a sensor level 21a. The vapor interface level can be adjusted by only changing the temp. set by the temp. adjusting meter. |
