PURPOSE:To improve the heat processing quality of a weld zone by contg. C, Si, Mn, NI, Cr, Mo, etc., within the range of specified amt. so that the strength parameter value found from these elements contg. amount becomes a specified value and constituting Si+Mn in less than a certain amt. CONSTITUTION:The title wire contains 0.1-0.18 C, 0.05-0.23 Si, 0.85-1.1 Mn, 3.1-3.9 Ni, 1.9-2.5 Cr, 0.8-1.3 Mo and 0.09-0.13 V and the strength parameter Ceq.WM expressed by an I equation is made to come in the range of 0.275-0.365. Moreover, Si+Mn<=1.2 is taken. Consequently the mechanical property after post heat treatment of the welding metal of a low alloy steel for a steam turbine part contg. Cr, Mo and V can be improved. |
