PURPOSE:To disperse a cohesive fine powder perfectly by fluidizing and dispersing the powder after adding a small amount of vapor of a surface-active material or an inert gas and also by furnishing a heating device to a transportation pipe of the powder. CONSTITUTION:Part of a compressed air, which is sent from an air compressor 1 through a pressure reducing valve, a filter 2 and an air drier 3, is supplied to an ejector or a Laval nozzle 7, and the rest of the compressed air is supplied to a dispersant vapor generator 9, which supplies vapor of a dispersant 10 or an inert gas to the ejector or a Laval nozzle 7 through a supply pipe 14 and a transportation pipe 11. The vapor of a surface-active material, therefore, is adsorbed by fine powder supplied at a fixed rate by a powder constant feeder 8 through the transportation pipe 11, and surface energies of the particles are stabilized, resulting in a prevention of re-aggregation of the powder while it is dispersed. Furthermore, adhesion of the powder to the inside wall of the pipe is prevented by heating the transportation pipe 11 at a specified temperature with a heating member 12. |
