PURPOSE:To automate the rise of a control and to automate all steps of the control by starting the actual control after the fact that laser devices to be controlled are oscillated one by one at the time of the rise of the control so that the generating times of corresponding beat pulses fall in the vicinity of the generating time of a corresponding reference pulse is confirmed. CONSTITUTION:A controller 7 sequentially oscillates a plurality of laser devices 8-10 one by one at the time of the rise of a control, and varies its oscillation frequency. The control is so conducted that the generating times of generated beat pulses and corresponding reference pulses fall in predetermined value or less, and when the corresponding beat pulse approaches the corresponding reference pulse, a loop of normal interval stabilizing control is formed. Thus, the rise of the control can be automated, and all steps can be automated. |
