The invention concerns polymerizable cement mixtures containing (a) polymerizable unsaturated monomers and/or oligomers and/or prepolymers containing acid groups and/or their reactive acid-derivative groups, (b) reactive fillers that can react with these acids or acid derivatives, and (c) curing agents that can be employed especially in dentistry as improved dental mixtures as well as in medicine.
