PURPOSE:To improve a thick film printing in accuracy by a method wherein a second mark is provided onto only a part of a first mark, a third mark is provided onto only a part of the second mark, and the presence of the first, the second, and the third mark is easily recognized. CONSTITUTION:A first thick film 2 is formed into a prescribed pattern through a first printing and concurrently a first mark 3 formed of the same material as the thick film 2 is formed. A second thick film 6 is formed into a specified pattern through a second printing and concurrently a second mark 6 formed of the same material as the thick film 6 is formed only on a part of the mark 3. A third thick film 8 provided onto the board is formed into a specified pattern through a third printing and concurrently a third mark 7 formed of the same material as the thick film 8 is formed only on a part of the mark 5. By these processes, the presence of the marks 3, 5, and 7 is easily found, so that a thick film printing can be improved in accuracy. |
