<p>PURPOSE:To properly carry out the drive-out/retraction control of a cable by monitoring the difference between the traveling distance of a transfer body and the total cable drive-out quantity which is driven out from a cable storage part and keeping the value within a certain range, in an unmanned traveling inspecting vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In a storage control part 20, the traveling distance of a transfer body 1, e.g., an unmanned traveling inspection vehicle in a nuclear reactor is obtained from the output of an encoder 15 installed on the driving wheels 1a and 1b. The total drive-out quantity of a cable 5 which is driven out from a drum 12 in a cable storage part 10 is obtained from the output of the encoder 15, and the difference from the traveling distance of the transfer body 1 is monitored, and a normal/reverse revolution motor 14 is driven so that the difference is set within a certain range, and the drive out/retraction of the cable 5 is controlled. Thus, the drive-out/retraction control of the cable following to the transfer body can be carried out properly.</p> |
