PURPOSE:To enable even and uniform coating of a developer of only the needed amt. on the surface of printing plates by holding at least one sheet of flat plate sheets to a holder independent from a discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION:Holders 226, 228 of the flat plate sheets 28, 29 are not mounted to the discharge pipes such as square pipes and the holders 226, 228 which are previously set with the sheets (polyester base material) in another place independently from these pipes are so constituted that said holders can be directly imposed on brackets 226A, 228A of the body and can be fixed by set screws 226B, 228B. Cleaning is relatively easy when the other one sheet is removed even if one of the two sheets is held fixed to the square pipes in this case and, therefore, at least one of two sheets of the flat plate sheets (polyester base material), particularly only the one holder 226A of the upper side is imposed and mounted to the bracket 226A of the device body independently from the square pipe as the discharge pipe. The printing plates are thereby developed with the high quality at high consumption efficiency and low cost while the sufficient maintenance characteristic of the device is maintained. |
