<p>PURPOSE:To perform a lining of a pipe without danger of a trouble such as the breakage of the tube by heating the interior of a hard tube while holding a relatively low pressure state by continuously supplying steam, and supplying pressurized air through a porous hole inserted into the tube in a whole length. CONSTITUTION:When steam is so supplied from a boiler into a hard tube 1 through a conduit 8 and a supply hole 6 connected thereto as to hold its internal pressure at a predetermined low pressure by the adjustments of flowrate control valves 7, 10, the tube 1 is heated by the steam of approximately saturated temperature. When the outer surface of the tube 1 becomes an optimum soft state by steam heating, compressed air is so supplied from a compressor through a conduit 4 and a porous hose 2 into the tube 1 in a state that the heating is continued by the steam that the internal pressure of the tube 1 is raised to a necessary pressure for pressurizing to expand it. Thus, the pipe is stably and effectively lined with the tube.</p> |
