PURPOSE:To prevent damages to the room cooling equipment by the arrangement for a valve of the equipment that, when the valve is driven to move it towards a set position and then it is detected that the valve is off the set position, it is moved toward the set position after it is moved once in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:When a change-over switch 62 for room cooling and room heating is set for the room cooling operation and if a four-way valve is shifted from a set position and signal of abnormality is outputted from an output position sensor 7, a servo-motor 61 is turned ON and the four-way valve 5 is driven once in the opposite direction to be set at a set position on the side of room heating. After this the servo-motor 61 is reversed and moved toward a set position for room cooling. Or, when the switch 62 for room heating and room cooling is set for room heating operation and if abnormality signal is outputted from a position sensor 7, the servo-motor 61 is turned ON and the four-way valve 5 is once driven in the opposite direction and set at a set position on the side of room cooling, and afterwards the servo-motor 61 is reversed and the four-way valve is moved towards the set position of room heating. |
