PURPOSE:To cost the surface of metal with a fluorine polymer material having rigid adhesive strength and thermopolasticity of high dimensional accuracy in a thick film by coating the surface of the metal with a thin fluorine polymer material by a powder coating method, then inserting the same material thereon by an injection molding method to form thereon a coating layer having a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION:A thin fluorine polymer material layer having 300mum or less of thickness is formed in advance on metal of a base material by a powder coating method, and the same material is then inserted thereon by an injection molding method to obtain a coating layer having desired thickness and dimensional accuracy. In this case, it is preferable to oxide the surface of the thin layer by a plasma method or with hydrofluoride or the like before the same material is inserted. Thus, the coating layer of the fluorine polymer material having strong adhesive strength on the surface of metal, a thick film, high dimensional accuracy and thermopolasticity can be obtained. |
