PURPOSE:To realize the communication with a moving object with no hit by switching a channel to another one for communication with another radio base station which satisfies the fixed communication quality in case a channel having the communication quality less than a fixed level while the same communication contents are transferred via plural channels. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile radio equipment moves to a radio base station 30-n from another radio base station 30-1, the speech quality is deteriorated between the ratio equipment and the station 30-1. Then an S/N monitor part 56 of a 1st type switchboard 20-I detects said deterioration and compares the information on the C/N values, etc., received from the stations 30-n, etc., with each other and decides the approach to the periphery of the talking zone of the station 30-n to perform the switch of channels. A switching transmission/ reception period when the channels CH1 and CH2-CHn are transmitted/received in parallel with each other lasts until the confirmation of the channel CHn and until the switchboard 20-I confirmed that the quality of the CHn is higher than a fixed level L2. Hereafter the channel CH1 is opened for continuation of the communication with no hit. |
