<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a card of type formed with a recess on a card body by coating the recess formed on the body by a spot facing machine with adhesive by a nozzle rising stepwise, and inspecting the position of the module inserted by an inserting machine to the recess and the electric operation of the module by an inspecting unit. CONSTITUTION:A spot facing machine 4 for forming a recess 9a by spot facing on a card body 9, a nozzle 36 for coating the recess 9a formed by the machine 4 with adhesive, an inserting machine 6 for inserting the module 10 of an electric component to the recess 9a formed by the machine 4, and an inspecting unit 7 for inspecting whether the module 10 inserted to the recess 9a by the machine 6 is set at a home position or not and whether the module 10 is electrically correctly operated or not are provided. The nozzle 36 is constructed to be risen a stepwise. Thus, the recess is formed on the body, the inner wall of the recess is suitably coated with the adhesive, and the module is inserted to the recess and then inspected, thereby efficiently manufacturing the card.</p> |
