PURPOSE:To grind the same horizontal line of grinding position from both sides and to remove the coating membrane by moving a movable grindstone to the side of a fixed grindstone through a holder sliding frame, rotating it through a wire, and contacting both grindstones to a work to grind while rotating the both grindstones. CONSTITUTION:The grinding part of a work 5 to grind which is composed by laminating thin plates plurally is positioned held between a movable grindstone 25 and a fixed grindstone 23, a handle 17 is depressed to slide the handle 17 to the left side on a groove 12 making the pin 9 of a handle frame 13 as the fulcrum, and the movable grindstone 25 is moved to the work 5 side through a holder sliding frame 14. A lever pin 17C at the lower part of the handle 17 and a lever 31 are contacted, a rotor 2 is rotated through a switch 32, and the fixed grindstone 23 is rotated through a rotation shaft 4. On the other hand, the direction of rotation is converted by the gearing of a straight bevel gear 6a of a grindstone linking shaft 6 and a straight bevel gear 24a of a wire linking shaft 24 at the right angle vertically, the movable grindstone 25 is rotated through a wire 27, the handle 17 is further depressed, the movable grindstone 25 is further approached to the work 5 to grind, and the grinding part is started to grind. |
