摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover heat effectively without damaging a superheater even by high-temperature gas generated intermittently, by a method wherein steam, generated by another fuel burning boiler, is supplied to the superheater when the discharging of exhaust gas from a metallurgical furnace is intercepted CONSTITUTION:The retaining heat of exhaust gas is not provided to a superheater 4 when exhaust gas is not generated in a converter 1. In this case, water circulated through an economizer 10 is supplied to an evaporator 9 in order to improve the heat retrieving efficiency of a fuel burning boiler 8 whereby the mixture of water and steam, generated by the evaporation of one part of the water, is sent into a steam and water separating drum 7 through a steam and water pipeline 14. Water vapor is separated in the steam and water separating drum 7 from the mixture of steam and water. The water vapor is sent into a turbine through the superheater 4, a water vapor discharging pipe 13 and another superheater 11. According to this method, the superheater 4 may be maintained in constant pressure and temperature at all times regardless of the existence of the generation of exhaust gas in the converter 1. Accordingly, a power generating device may be driven under a stabilized condition and the heat recovery may be effected.</p>
