PURPOSE:To modify normal power demand of consumer with good balance, by modifying the normal power demand of each consumer through proportional distribution based on the difference between maximum power usage of each consumer and a normal value. CONSTITUTION:When power usage of consumer exceeds over a normal level, the exceeding power is accumulated while when it does not exceed the normal level, the excessive power is accumulated. The normal power demand of a consumer who uses power exceeding over the normal level is modified to a level obtained by subtracting a product of ratio between total margin power and accumulated total exceeding power and margin power of consumer from original normal level, while the normal power demand of a consumer who uses power exceeding over the normal level is modified to the actually used power level. |
