The invention relates to a souvenir device capable of being suspended in a premises or in a car. The flat 1 consists of two flaps 2 and 3 assembled together on either side of a refill 4. The latter dispenses a product such as a perfume, a deodorant or an insecticide, according to an intensity which it is possible to adjust by more or less perforating the reserve of volatile liquid.
