PURPOSE:To easily obtain the speed of a light spot when the light spot is traced by obtaining a synthesized image which has an image element regarding the other signal corresponding with that time as the value of it except the maximum value or the minimum value of the luminance of a video signal. CONSTITUTION:A slit light 43 expanding in a vertical direction for a paper is projected to the surface of an object to be measured 41 placed on a reference surface 40 from the slant upper part of it from a slit light source 42. Then, while moving the slit light 43 in the horizontal direction of the space by using a rotary mirror 44, the object to be measured 41 is image-picked up from right above it by a television camera 2. The video signal from the camera 2 filming the state that the reflected pattern of the line state of the slit light 43 is moved on the surface of the object is inputted to an image synthesizer 1 and simultaneously, the projected angle theta of the slit light arithmetic-operated based on the angle of the mirror 44 is inputted at the same time. |
