PURPOSE:To select and supply optimum output voltage in response to the electrical characteristics of a load such as different AC motors by providing a plurality of output-voltage setting means and selecting the means by a selecting signal and using the means. CONSTITUTION:An AC motor 14a is a normal AC motor, and an AC motor 14b is an AC motor having high resistance. A voltage pattern generating low output voltage optimum for the normal AC motor 14a is input and stored in a voltage command generator 15a. A voltage pattern generating high output voltage optimum for the AC motor 14b having a high resistance is input and stored in a voltage command generator 15b. When the normal AC motor 14a is intended to be supplied with power by the inverter device, a contactor 19a and a contact 20a are closed. When the AC motor 14b is intended to be operated, a contactor 19b and a contact 20b are closed. |
