<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of flare phenomena and smears as far as possible and to improve the image quality by a method wherein at least two dyeing layers out of a red dying layer, a green dyeing layer and a blue dyeing layer are overlapped and arranged in the height direction at the upper part of a charge transfer part and a picture element region peripheral part between photosensitive picture elements. CONSTITUTION:A green dyeing layer 8, a red dyeing layer 9 and a blue dyeing layer 10 are formed individually at upper positions of prescribed individual photosensitive picture element parts 102; they display a primary function as color filters; the upper part of a change transfer part 103 and the upper part of a picture element region peripheral part 104 excluding bonding pad parts 105 and a scribing line part 106 are overlapped in the height direction by coating parts 8a, 9a and 10a of the green dyeing layer 8, the red dyeing layer 9 and the blue dyeing layer 10, and are covered with a black layer 14 constituted of the overlapped part of the coating parts 8a, 9a and 10a. By this setup, it is possible to prevent an incident beam from being diffused and multiple reflection from being caused; it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a flare phenomenon and a smear phenomenon as far as possible.</p> |
