<p>PURPOSE:To leave an abnormality history of an apparatus in a storage part even if abnormality is generated in an apparatus of a control object by forming as one body a battery for supplying the operation power to only a computer part and forming a terminal for exchanging the information with the outside to the same individual. CONSTITUTION:A processor module is constituted of a resin package 11, and a processor chip 16 consisting of a central processing part and a storage part is formed. Also, on the upper face of the package 11, a thin battery 12 is placed, and also, on the side part of the package 11, an information exchange port, an input/output port 13 and a feeding terminal 23 to the battery 12 from the outside, etc., are formed, and it is also possible to replenish electricity from an external power source through a terminal 23. Also, the processor chip 16 and each power source terminal of light emitting and receiving elements are connected to an electrode of the battery 12, and the chip and the element are brought to feed. In such a way, an abnormality history in the storage part does not die out, and even in case of fetching the abnormality history, it is unnecessary to remove the processor module, in a state that it remains installed in an apparatus.</p> |
