The present invention relates to a telescopic structure, in particular a boathook, comprising an inner tubular element 1 and an outer tubular element 2 which are adapted to slide in each other. According to the invention, the inner tubular element 1 has at least one longitudinal knurled flattened part 7, a ring 4 being associated on the outside, rigidly, with the outer tubular element 2 and having at least one elastic tooth 6 which passes through the said outer tubular element, a conical sleeve 8 being carried, in a sliding manner, on the said inner tubular element 1 in order to engage the said ring and push the said tooth 6 against the said knurled flattened part 7 for mutual locking of the said tubular elements 1, 2.
