PURPOSE:To feed power stably to a load, by disconnecting a bus link circuit breaker only during reverse current time of non-utility generator. CONSTITUTION:When reverse power flow in each line of a spot network facility is detected through a reverse power flow detecting means, reverse power flow detection signals are produced from reverse power flow signal detecting sections 24a-24c. If parallel operation is made at this time, a parallel operation signal is produced from a parallel operation condition signal output section 23 and an AND condition satisfying signal is produced from a condition signal output section 25. A time judging section 26 judges the output time of the AND condition satisfying signal, and when the output time exceeds over a predetermined time the time judging section 26 judges that the reverse power flow is produced through regenerative power of elevator and trips a bus link circuit breaker. |
