PURPOSE:To avoid unnecessary function of a protector circuit breaker reliably, by blocking function of the protector circuit breaker based on ON-state of a primary disconnecting switch and the reverse power of each bank. CONSTITUTION:Detectors 21a-21c for detecting ON-state of disconnecting switches 12a-12c are arranged at the side of the primary disconnecting switches 12a-12c, and reverse power detectors 23a-23c are provided for respective banks. When reverse power is detected through any two or more detectors, a protector lock judging unit 22 judges whether ON-state is detected through two ON- detectors. If ON-state is detected through two ON-state detectors, protector circuit breakers 15a-15c are disabled. |
