<p>PURPOSE:To obtain desired vibration dissipation factor and elastic modulus by containing and curing 100pts.wt. of synthetic rubber, 10-150pts.wt. of specified silica fine powder, and 3-20pts.wt. of organopolysiloxane expressed in a specific formula. CONSTITUTION:The vibrationproofing rubber material arranged so as to enclose a hinge part between the fixing part of an optical pickup device and an objective lens holder is produced by containing and curing the 100pts.wt. of synthetic rubber and the 10-150pts.wt. of silica fine powder, and the 3-20pts.wt. of organopolysiloxane expressed in the formula. And the specific surface of the silica fine powder is set at >=50m<2>/g. Where, in the formula, R<1> and R<2> represent non-substitute or substitute monovalent hydrocarbon group, and either R1 or R2 represent phenyl or alkyl group, and (m) and (n) represent integers (0-20), respectively. In such a way, it is possible to set the vibration dissipation factor tandelta at >=0.1, and the elastic modulus at 1X10<4>-1X10<9> dyne/cm<2>.</p> |
