Apparatus and process for fish culture

The apparatus comprises a fish tank filled with water, a device for feeding oxygen at low pressure into the fish tank water and an outlet device for contaminated fish tank water, at least some of the contaminated water, after purification has been carried out, being returned to the fish tank. To the fish tank is attached a further device for feeding high-pressure dispersion water dispersed with oxygen. Upstream of this further device is connected a quick-acting purification device for the water from the fish tank, into which purification device is additionally introduced atomised dispersion water and which purification device has a take-off unit for the floating contaminants. In the process, the fish tank water is circulated by introducing low-pressure oxygen and some of the water conducted off, after purification has been carried out, is returned again to the fish tank. In addition, high-pressure oxygen-enriched dispersion water is introduced into the fish tank and the water taken off from the fish tank and to be reintroduced therein, for purification, is subjected to a quick-acting flotation treatment which includes the introduction of atomised water into the water to be purified.
