Water vessels are constructed with upper side walls and bottom plates. On the both sides of the bottom plates, a plurality of minute holes are preforated. Passages are formed between the lower side walls of the fluid barrels and the upper side walls of the other fluid barrels and the upper side walls are fixedly inserted with being spaced from the bottom plates. Water is supplied to the water vessel of the upper liquid barrel by a conventional pump while air is blown from the bottom part of the stacked fluid vessels to the upper part by a conventional blower fan.
