PURPOSE:To prevent unlocking by a dishonest means and to make it possible to unlock with or without a key by placing a stopping rod in a holder housed in a housing in lengthwise direction and in diameteral direction so that it is capable of sliding. CONSTITUTION:When a key is inserted into a key cylinder 5 and is turned, one end 7a of a stopping rod 4 sliding in lengthwise and diametral directions engages a hole 14a of a hanger 14 coupled with a locking rod 6 to hold the rod 6 in an unlocking position; when the key is pulled out, an engagement is cleared. After a plunger 9 moves a stopping rod 7 to a clearance position in case of energizing of an actuator 10, when a knob 3 is turned, a click section 7c gets over the plunger 9, and the other end 7b engages the rod 6. The stopping rod 7 is hold in the clearance position by an engagement of the click section 7c and the plunger 9 to hold the rod 6 in a locking position. |
