PURPOSE:To constantly stabilize a balanced position of a piston, by a method wherein a preloading spring is engaged to a piston, and the force of the spring is exerted on the piston when a pressure difference is generated between two systems. CONSTITUTION:The control valve 4 consists of a pressure-regulating plunger 6 provided with a valve seat member 15, a valve body 13 and the preloading spring 16. The valve body 13 is fitted to the piston 12 through a valve spring 14, and is positioned by a valve rod 18. The preloading spring 16 is engaged to the piston 12 through a spring shoe 17. The spring shoe 17 is engaged also to a cap member 10, so that even when a pressure difference is generated between the two systems to produce a force pushing the piston 12, the piston 12 is not moved until the pushing force overcomes the force of the preloading spring 17. Accordingly, the balanced condition of the piston 12 is stabilized. |
