The installation element (10), having a lamp mount (1) for a halogen lamp, is held on each side by a bar (17), each bar being connected to a vertical suspension bar (21). This system of bars not only serves for suspension, but also for feeding the low-voltage current. The bars and the installation element are connected in a linked manner via axial bolts (16) so that the installation element, together with the lamp and reflector, can be rotated around the axis of the bar as desired. To ensure in each position of rotation a sufficient contact surface, helical springs (18), which exert an axial pressure, are in each case inserted into the bars.
