<p>In a process for recovering oil from natural products, the raw material is size-reduced in a processing installation (1) and treated by cellular disintegration. The oil released thereby is emulsified by the addition of water. The oil/water mixture is then separated from insoluble proteins and cellular material in a crossflow filtration device (5). The cellular disintegration and emulsion formation can also be carried out separately or in the crossflow filtration device (5). As a result of these measures, the quality of the end product is improved and the yield is increased at low operating costs.</p> |
