PURPOSE:To allow even an unaccustomed customer to restart operation after interrupting the operation unintentionally, by giving detailed guidance automatically in such a case. CONSTITUTION:When the insertion of a bankbook is displayed at a customer guidance display part 11 and guidance is voiced by a customer voice guiding part 19, a time 12 is started by a transaction sequence control part 3. If the customer does not insert the bankbook for, for example, 20sec, the timer 12 sends a control signal to a display selection part 10 and a voice selection part 18 to select operation guidance data and operation voice data. A transaction effectiveness specifying part 13, on the other hand, controls an operation data control part 9 and an operation voice data control part 17 to read data out of an operation guide display data storage part 8 and an operation voice data storage part 16 successively. Then, those data are displayed at the display part 11 and voiced by the guide part 19. Consequently, the customer understands bankbook inserting operation easily. |
