<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a uniform nonwoven fabric in excellent productivity by engaging plural filaments with two sets of edge spacing pins and a set of slider pins, pulling the filaments to the width of fabric by the slider pins, cutting and widening the filaments by edge elements. CONSTITUTION: Filaments are engaged with edge spacing pins 2 and 2 and slider pins 3. The filaments are drawn out to the width of a fabric by moving a slider 17 in a gripped state by a gripper 16. The filaments are attached to edge elements 11, cut by a cutter 8 and separated from pins 2 and 3. The edge elements 11 are mutually separated through a pulley 18 to widen the filaments.</p> |
