Non-combustible stack pallet and process for its manufacture

To form an inexpensive non-combustible stack pallet, it is proposed to use for this purpose essentially a fibre mass of artificial mineral fibres, such as rock fibres or glass fibres, pre-impregnated with resin, which mass is compacted by a pressing step and hardening of the binder to an apparent density of 100 to 500 kg/m<3>, preferably 300 kg/cm<3>, the binder content being less than 10 % by weight, preferably less than 6 % by weight. For a further possible increase in the strength of the stack pallet, inorganic fillers and/or inorganic mouldings and also two-dimensional reinforcements, which can be introduced into the fibre mass, can be provided.
