The invention relates to a process for erecting walls or ceilings which exhibit an insulating layer, arranged on a substructure, and a single-layered or multi-layered plaster coating borne by a plaster base. The plaster base is fastened on the substructure, at a distance therefrom, at least one layer of the plaster coating is then applied on the plaster base, an injection bore is provided, at a predetermined unit spacing, through the plaster coating and plaster base, and the interspace between the substructure and the inner side of the plaster base is filled with foamed plastic via the injection bores.
