The present invention relates to a watch to be worn on the body, having a bearing part to which the body of the watch can be attached. In order to guarantee the most hygienic possibility of wearing such a watch, provision is made within the present invention for the bearing part to be a washable fabric element (3) to which a touch-and-close fastener element (7, 8) is attached, at least in the region of the underside of said fabric element. In this case, it has proved to be expedient for the watch strap (3) to be provided, preferably at the upper end and on the outside, with the felt part (7) of a touch-and-close fastener, while the watch strap (3) has a corresponding hook part (8) of the respective touch-and-close fastener, preferably at the lower end and on the inside, the length of the felt part (7) being selected to be greater than the length of the hook part (8). Furthermore, provision is made for the watch body (1) to be able to be inserted inside a plastic ring (2) which, in turn, is attached inside the upper fabric strap (4) of a two-part watch strap (3). <IMAGE>
