PURPOSE:To obtain the superconducting characteristics at the temp. of liquid nitrogen which is abundant and available in low price by constituting the title porcelain composition of BaO, SrO, Gd2O3 and CuO and regulating the component composition to the specified range when showing its composition by the specified formula. CONSTITUTION:The subject porcelain composition is constituted of BaO, SrO, Gd2O3 and CuO and when its composition is shown by the formula, the component composition is regulated to the range of 0<x<=0.75 at mol fraction. The above-mentioned composition is made to the excellent resistor porcelain to the onset critical temp. from room temp. and further made to the superconductor porcelain in liquid nitrogen. In other words, the superconducting properties are obtained at the temp. of liquid nitrogen by utilizing liquid nitrogen which resourcefully is abundant and low in price as a cooling agent without utilizing high-cost liquid helium and hydrogen. Therefore the electronic apparatuses which are low cost and have high performance and the circuit parts can be manufactured. |
