PURPOSE:To enable an improvement in dimensional accuracy of a belt by preventing wear of a part acting upon the dimensional accuracy of the belt, in removing operation of a vulcanized V-belt, by a method wherein a fitting recessed part and fitting protrusion are formed so that they come into contact with each other only at the central side, in a fitting part between the fitting recessed part and the fitting protrusion. CONSTITUTION:A fitting recessed part 4 and fitting protrusion 5 are formed respectively on the upper and lower part of the central side of a V-groove part 3 into which an unvulcanized V-belt molded body is inserted in these ring molds 1A, 1B each and they are used by superposing upon each other through fitting between the fitting recessed part 4 and fitting protrusion 5. Then the fitting recessed part 4 and fitting protrusion 5 come into contact with each other only at a central part P1 in the fitting part. In addition, the ring molds 1A, 1B come into contact with each other at two faces such as the parts P1, P2. At the timed of removal of the ring mold, only the fitting protrusion which does not act upon a form of the V-groove part is worn and neither deformation of the form of the V-groove part extending over a long period time nor dispersion in dimensions of a belt to be vulcanized is generated. Then water to be produced at the time of cooling of the ring mold is drained through a through hole 6. |
