PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency and obtain a simple plant control device by controlling fuel flow rate by selecting a high value of a fuel cell load signal or a reformer reaction temperature signal. CONSTITUTION:Controlling a fuel flow rate controlling valve 65 by selecting a high value of a load signal 62 of a fuel cell 8 or a reformer reaction temperature signal 54, the reaction temperature of the reformer 4 is controlled over the entire load range. As a result, the reformer reaction temperature can be controlled without supplying additional fuel, and the partial pressure corresponding to hydrogen in an anode 9 of the fuel cell can be enhanced by supplying surplus fuel to the fuel cell 8. This makes it possible to improve power generation efficiency and to simplify the control device. |
