<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a medical treatment bag completely in a sterilized and dust-free condition by extruding thermo-plastic synthetic resin into a tube shape from an extrusion molding machine to be molded into a predetermined shape of the medical treatment bag and filling it with medical fluid by a hermetically sealing system thereafter cutting the bag-shaped tube into an individual bag. CONSTITUTION:A manufacture device is constituted of an extrusion molding machine 1, metal mold 2, molding unit 3 of a medical treatment bag and a cutter unit 4 of the medical treatment bag, and the metal mold 2 mounts to its rear end part a supply pipe 5 of sterilized air and a supply pipe 6 of medical fluid. The respective pipe extends its point end to in the vicinity of a nozzle 7 of the metal mold 2 in case of the former pipe 5 and to the vicinity of the rear of the molding device 3 in case of the latter pipe 6. Melted resin is extruded from the extrusion molding machine 1 into the metal mold 2 and from its inside nozzle 7 into shape of a tube 9, and tube-shaped extrusion resin 9 is molded into shape of a medical treatment bag 8 by the molding device 3. This medical treatment bag 8 is charged with a liquid medicine by an enclosed system and cut into an individual medical treatment bag 8.</p> |
