摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the adverse effect of the surface roughness and undulation of a heat-resistant insulating substrate or the roughness of paper on image quality, by forming a heat-resistant resin layer between the heat-resistant insulating substrate and a recording electrode. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant resin such as a liquid polyimide resin is applied to a heat-resistant insulating substrate 1 and heat-treated to form a heat- resistant resin layer 2. Thereafter, recording electrodes 3 are formed. Since the heat-resistant resin layer 2 reduces the surface roughness of the heat- resistant insulating substrate and is extremely soft as compared with a conventional glaze layer 4, the recording electrodes 3 are made easy to adapt to the unevenness of paper or the warpage possessed by the heat-resistant insulating substrate itself to improve the close adhesiveness of the electrodes to a film or a paper and the adverse effect of these elements on image quality is reduced.
