PURPOSE:To maintain continuously the maximum heating quantity and contrive the obtaining of hot-water temperature same as the designated temperature of the apparatus by a method wherein the hot-water quantity is controlled, and prevented the hot-water temperature from lowering of temperature caused by the exceeding of water flow over than the heating performance of a heating device. CONSTITUTION:A flow controller 1 having a driving device 21 is interconnected with a heat exchanger 14, a heating controller 25 is provided for a heating device 26 of the heat exchanger 14, the heating quantity of said heating device 26 is detected by a heating quantity detector 25a. A supplying hot-water temperature detector 23 is provided, also a hot-water supply controller 27 is composed of a heating control part 29 controlling the controller 25, a supplying hot-water temperature setting part 28 and a hot- water control part 30. That is, the hot- water supply control is performed by controlling of a driving device 21 according to the signals from said setting part 28 and said detector 23, or the signal from the detector 25a. When the supplying hot-water temperature is lower than the setting temperature to the designated amount of temperature, the water quantity of the controller 30 is decreased, when the heating quantity of the heating device 26 is smaller than the maximum heating quantity to the designated quantity of heating, the water quantity of the controller 30 is increased. |
