<p>A monoclonal antibody of immunoglobulin sub-class G2 is capable of recognising the alpha and/or beta sub-units of fodrin, and in some cases of recognising a third fodrin sub-unit, not detected by polyclonal antibodies, against fodrin. The fodrin antibody is expressed by a hybridoma derived from an immune cell line (e.g. mouse spleen cells) obtd. by fodrin challenge.</p> |
