PURPOSE:To obtain easily an optimum background region through a control, by displaying with superposition the actual foreground color video data. CONSTITUTION:The angle alpha, opening angle theta, etc. of a coordinate axis are applied to a CPU12 by means of a key input, etc. Then a chroma data is written to an RAM 11. The boundary data read out of the RAM11 is extracted to an output terminal 17. A vector scope and a monitor picture receiver are connected to the terminal 17. Thus it is possible to see the foreground pictures through the monitor picture receiver in the boundary display action mode in case the foreground color video data and the boundary data exist alternately with each field. At the same time, a display having superposition of a locus formed by a color video data on the boundary display is carried out through a vector scope. With this display, the parameters such as alpha, theta, etc. are changed in order to obtain an optimum boundary for generation of a key signal. |
